What to Do if Calibration Cannot Be Completed

If the LCD screen displays the message: "Calibration Aborted" on your PULSE 300 Series door operator:
  • Hold the Close button for the entire duration of the door close, and do not let go, until the screen says "Closing force saved".
  • If it still doesn't work, redo the door limits.
  • The door must reach the open set limit and the close limit to successfully calibrate.
  • Set the limits such that the close limit is not too low (over-compressing the seal), and the open limit is not too high (compressing the pusher spring or running into stoppers).
  • We recommend 2 - 3 inches down from the hard stops for the open limit and the door compressing the seals against ground without crushing the seals as the close limit.
