Door Does Not Move After Receiving a Command

If your door does not move after receiving a command on your PULSE 300 Series door operator, try the following steps:

For external push button stop issues:

  • Remove the external push button stop (if present), and insert a jumper between +24 and the STOP terminal block.
  • If this works, either leave the jumper in, or try connecting the STOP terminal to the Normally Close (NC) contact of the external push button station.

For remote control issues:

  • If you are using the remote, check that the remote is paired to the receiver and is wired in correctly to the Activation Inputs or the RF pins on the back of the screen.

For mechanical issues:

  • Enter Jog Mode via the STARTUP MENU, and attempt to jog the door up and down.
  • If the door does not move:
    • ensure that there are no mechanical jams;
    • ensure the door is balanced (via ‘BALANCE CHECK-UP’ from the STARTUP MENU);
    • and the motor is plugged in.
  • If this does not help, please contact technical support .
