Door Stops at the Wrong Position During Opening

For "Stopped: Overcurrent" message:

• This may be because the Opening/Closing Force setting is too sensitive. Navigate to the STARTUP MENU and adjust the Opening/Closing Force setting to suit your needs:
  • For the commercial model: value 1 is the most sensitive and value 99 is the least sensitive;
• For newer PULSE 300 models: you may turn off the Opening Force and Closing Force entirely and still retain automatic door opening and closing feature. The Opening Force and Closing Force settings are off by default on these models.

For "Stopped: Max Current" message:

• This indicates your door is either heavier than the operator can handle, or extremely unbalanced. Run 'BALANCE CHECK-UP' in the STARTUP MENU, accessed by holding the STOP button for 10 seconds.

For obstructions causing door jam:

• Inspect the door's path for any external objects or obstructions that might be activating the Opening Force setting. If you find any, remove them to ensure smooth operation.
