Force Monitoring Not Working

If force monitoring isn't working on your PULSE 300 Series door operator, try the following troubleshooting steps:

For force settings not configured:

  • The Closing/Opening Force is probably not set or not set properly.
  • By default the PULSE 300 ships with Closing and Opening Force set to OFF.
  • Enter the STARTUP MENU to adjust the 2 forces where a value of 1 is the most sensitive and 99 is the least sensitive.
  • After setting the Opening/Closing Force, the operator will prompt you to calibrate the door by opening and closing; just follow the instructions on the LCD screen.
  • You can also refer to the Calibration section in the installation manual .
