Remote Control/Remote Activation Device Not Working

If your activation device is not working on your PULSE 300 Series door operator:
  • Ensure that the activation device is making a normally open dry contact between +24 and either A (Activator), O (Open), and C (Close) to activate each input;
  • If you have an activator/external push button station wired into S (Stop), ensure that it is a normally close connection;
  • You can test the contact by using a multimeter on your activation device while it is disconnected from your PULSE operator.
