Remote Radio Has an Inadequate Range

If your Remote Radio has an inadequate range for your PULSE 300 Series door operator:
  • Extend the antenna outside the enclosure and towards the intended transmitter location;
  • Ensure that there are no metal or electromagnetic obstacles blocking line of sight;
  • If your Remote Radio is an external module, then you can try installing the module outside the enclosure (preferably closer to the intended transmitter location).
