Remote Radio (RF Module) Not Working

If the Remote Radio (RF Module) is not working on your PULSE 300 Series door operator:
  • Check that the RF Module receiver is activating when the remote is pressed (red LED lights up). If not, try pairing the receiver and transmitter again. See RF Module documentation for pairing instructions.
  • Check that the RF Module receiver is properly seated (on the top-right slot of the board).
    WARNING: Please only insert the RF Module onto the RF Module pins (top-right slot), with the POWER AND BATTERY OFF!
  • Confirm that the transmitter's LED indicator is blinking brightly when pressed. If not, then you need to replace the battery.
